YWCA New Britain's Fall Family Festival will be back again this year with great family-friendly activities to welcome in the fall season. In addition to pumpkin painting, sing-a-longs, a photo booth, dance performances, face painting and seasonal crafts, there will be local farm fresh food!
Community Wellness Director Valerie Cammarota said this event focuses on family health and wellness, as well as bringing together the New Britain community. She says, "We provide healthy, wholesome activities that encourage family and social connections in a fun and safe environment. Local vendors and businesses are invited to offer families much-needed resources such as health and education services and farm fresh foods. Students from New Britain High and Diloretto Middle School volunteer their time and attain valuable experience in mentorship and community service."
This is a free event open to all members of YWCA New Britain and guests. Some activities have a small fee. Proceeds from the event will go to support United Way and YWCA Youth Sports programming.
If you have any questions or are a local business that would like to participate, please contact Valerie Cammarota at 860-225-2681 x252 or email@example.com.
