Meet Our Trainers

Richard is one of YWCA's personal trainers.  He recently completed his personal training certification at the National Academy of Sports. After his father passed away at age 50, Richard knew he had to make changes in his own life and lost over 150 pounds. During his journey, he received a lot of help, guidance, and inspiration. He considers exercise as an expression of self-love and respect, it’s what motivates him every day.  Richard’s style of training includes a strong focus on multifunctional movements and workouts that really make the most of your time and energy.  Meet our trainers
