Young @ Heart for Seniors

Staying healthy and feeling your best is important at any age.  YWCA New Britain's Young at Heart group exercise class is geared toward those with a few grey hairs.  Seniors can enjoy using a variety of fitness equipment from exercise bands, to weights, to mini rubber balls.  This class focuses on increasing balance, coordination, strength, and range of motion for the whole body.
