YWCA New Britain's unique fitness center empowers women of all ages to take charge of their health. We offer a full gym that is currently open under the guidance of local health and safety protocols. The fitness center is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Fitness Membership Options

Gym Only Fitness Pass- $15 initiation, $15/month

  • Access to the fitness center

  • Free Wi-Fi

  • One-on-one (in-person or virtual) fitness assessment

All Access Fitness Pass- $15 initiation, $40/month

  • Access to the fitness center

  • Free Wi-Fi

  • One-on-one (in-person or virtual) fitness assessment

  • Unlimited group exercise classes (in-person or virtual)

  • One guest per visit (guests must accompany pass holder)

All Access Family Pass- $30 initiation, $75/month

  • Access to the fitness center

  • Free Wi-Fi

  • One-on-one (in-person or virtual) fitness assessment

  • Unlimited group exercise classes (in-person or virtual)

  • Up to 4 household members (members do not need to come together unless they are minors, members must live at the same address)

Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded month-to-month.

All memberships include one-on-one fitness assessment

Seniors (60+) will receive $5 off monthly fee

Members with a military ID will receive 15% off monthly fee

Members with Student ID will receive 10% discount

Couples will receive 15% discount


 

Meet Lisa

Lisa Iacobucci began her fitness journey with YWCA New Britain in February. She first came to the YWCA for a networking event, and saw the gym when she took a tour of the building. Lisa couldn’t help but think about how she has been struggling with her weight and energy level for quite a while.
