Class Terms

  • Classes are open to both members and non-members
  • You must check in at the front desk before class starts
  • Registration for classes must be done online or on our acuity app. Reservations can be made 1 week prior to class and up to 15 minutes before class begins.
  • Spots are limited so if you cannot make it to a class you sign up for, please cancel as soon as possible to allow someone else to sign up for a class
  • All equipment is cleaned after every class to ensure that it is sanitized for the next class
  • 15 and under need to be accompanied by an adult

Fitness Manager

I am a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist and Personal Trainer. I have been in the fitness industry for many years and have both a Bachelors and Masters in the Exercise Physiology field. I focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation from surgery or injury. I specialize in creating exercise programs for people with different diseases or illnesses such as MS, Parkinson’s and even Post-Polio. I am married with 2 stepdaughters and a son of my own. My hobbies include taking my son to museums and activity centers, listening to music and hanging out with friends and family. You may reach me directly at 860-225-4681  x304.
