Courageous Conversations

Having complicated conversations at work is necessary but often avoided because 70% of American employees already feel stressed out at work. Communication about

  • diversity and equity at work
  • corporate culture
  • individual and team roles
  • responsibilities and expectations

are just a few examples of tricky topics that generally sour when ignored. Skillful, intentional communication between individuals, teams and management levels mitigate employee burnout and supports a stable, sustainable workforce.
Empower.Ed can provide a certified Courageous Conversation Facilitator to work online or in person with the goal of safely addressing stressful topics with curiosity and compassion. The role of the facilitator is not to solve problems, but rather to hold space, model authenticity and promote repair as folks who work together co-create inclusive work cultures where everyone is heard.
Our Courageous Conversation Facilitators can work with individuals or teams of any size. We look forward to working with you! Please contact Heather Labbe for a review of your needs.
