Customizable programs are available for adults, youth and children over the age of 3 and can be done on mats or in chairs.  Heather offers one-time events, pre-planned series and on-going classes in person, on location or virtual.

About the Trainer

Heather Diemond Labbe is a professional health & wellness educator with over 20 years of experience facilitating live and virtual workshops for individuals and groups of up to 3000 participants. Heather is currently persuing her master's degree in mental health at Central CT State University. Her current certifications include:
